About Our Chef: Tristan Sheldon

Chef Tristan Sheldon cooks with style and soul. By the age of five he was already in the kitchen honing his unique brand of bay area cuisine. By the time he was 15 he had discovered his mission life, to create a gathering place around great food with friends and family. Chef Tristan attended and graduated from the California Culinary Academy and went on to work in various restaurants in the Bay area. Tristan has an incredible work ethic and very demanding standards. With high standards it allows Tristan to provide exceptional and thoughtful California food.

His current passion is in pursing some of the bay areas’ local culinary traditions, blending global flavors and techniques with the freshest local ingredients available.

Mimie, was inducted into the Circle of Excellence for Hilton World Wide in 2010. Equipped with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, you can rest assured; your event will be her top priority and will be amazing.
